I developed a complete Project Management System for Dosti Welfare Organization to streamline project planning, task assignment, and team collaboration. The system allows administrators, department heads, and team members to manage projects, assign tasks, communicate through built-in chat, monitor progress, and track performance from a centralized dashboard. It also includes calendar management, notifications, reporting, and Progressive Web App (PWA) support for a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices.
