Zouetech PMS is a custom web-based project management system designed to streamline project planning, task assignments, team collaboration, attendance, and performance monitoring. Based on the client’s business requirements, I customized and enhanced the system by adding new modules, improving workflows, and optimizing the user experience. The platform provides role-based dashboards for administrators, department heads, and employees, making project execution and team management more efficient.
